“The purpose of the play was to show how social media and cyber-bullying can twist or distort the perception of positive body image and destroy self-esteem. Memorable messages include, ‘The world will beat you up enough, you don’t need to help it along.’” – Enfield Weekly Press

Selfie is a play about the way we perceive and present ourselves in a digital world. A teenage girl’s obsession with social media highlights the generation gap between her and her single father. Upon discovering his daughter’s “online life” he confronts her as they struggle to accept one another and themselves.

“Selfie was great – superbly acted.  I’m thrilled with the whole experience.” – N.B., Teacher
